History of Toy Pipeline Contractors, Inc.

It all started upon the company's founder "Merle Toy Jr's" return from the Army in 1953. Realizing a need for affordable ditching and excavation services in the local area. Seems he didn't get a enough of the Jeep in the Army and purchased a Jeep with a trencher. Merle Toy Jr. provided excavation services to local property owners and business and grew his company.

As a family owned and operated company today Toy Pipeline Contractors Inc. specializes in transmission, distribution and gathering pipeline systems in Western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. We also build well locations and have vacuum trucks for brine and frac water hauling. Today Toy Pipeline Contractors Inc. has grown to a leading pipeline installation company along with the Excavation and Vacuum truck divisions we can handle all your needs.
